Masterplan on Exhibition

We are excited to announce that the Masterplan DA for Coral Cove Ocean Estate is currently on exhibition with Council. The proposed Masterplan seeks to deliver urban development in accordance with Council’s Urban Growth Area Structure Plan Concept. The proposed development involves detailed planning, urban design, engineering, environmental and heritage assessments.

Being uniquely located at the gateway to the Southern Great Barrier Reef, Coral Cove has the opportunity to establish an identity rooted in its connection to the coral, as well as expanding
on the strong farm to plate experience already active in the Bundaberg Region.
