It was a busy end of the year for the DevCore Property Group after officially opening the first stage of Coral Cove Ocean Estate on 10 September.
The opening saw DevCore Property Group managing director Paul Thompson, accompanied by Bundaberg mayor Helen Blackburn and Stroud Homes director Aletha Walters to cut the ribbon on the road and commence construction of the Stroud display home.
The construction and consultant teams including SGQ, RMA Engineers, Insite SJC and Synergy Realty were also present to witness this important moment in the development of the estate.
DevCore Property Group senior development manager Cameron Beames said it was an important milestone for the evolution of Coral Cove.
“Since then, all land in the Fairways Precinct is now registered with approximately a dozen homes now under construction and more to come in 2025”, Mr Beames said.
“It is also wonderful to share that the proposal for the remainder of the Coral Cove Ocean Estate master planned community has come off public exhibition and is in final stages of council an state government approvals.
“The future stages will comprise a wider range of lot sizes and enable more of the local and wider community to find a block suited to them and their budget.”
Mr Beames highlighted that he was looking forward to partnering with local builders and businesses on these future stages to be able to bring a range of home options to potential purchasers along with future amenity such as the village centre.
“The final golf course lots are now selling from $374,900 and these provide a rare opportunity for unspoilt views from your backyard onto the green.
“The golf club continues to be open over the holiday period and with the course looking spectacular at the moment it’s the perfect time to enjoy a social game and fall in love with Coral Cove.
“For those interested in purchasing in the next stage of the masterplan, we expect our first release to be following authority approvals and construction works commencing.”
