Central Village

We’re pleased to provide you with the latest update on construction progress within the Central Village precinct.

Earthworks are now nearing completion – a key milestone that sets the foundation for all remaining stages of development. Whilst much of this work happens behind the scenes, it plays a critical role in preparing the land for long-term stability and future home construction.

Significant progress has also been made on essential underground infrastructure. Sewer works are now complete with stormwater installation close to finalisation.  Electrical works are scheduled to commence in the coming weeks, continuing the rollout of key services across the precinct.

Overall, construction is tracking well with land registration currently anticipated for August 2026.

The Links

We’re excited to announce that construction has now commenced across stages 3, 5, 7 & 8 within The Links precinct.

Bulk earthworks are now underway across approximately 200 lots, marking a major milestone as this next phase of the community begins to take shape. These works form the foundation of the development, preparing the land for essential services and future home construction.

Expected land registration timeframes for stages within The Links is currently:

Stage 3 & 5 : Q4 2026

Stage 7 & 8: Q1 2027
